Spray the board with white vinegar or a squeeze of lemon to neutralize odors and disinfect.

Every few weeks or months (depending on use), apply the Branch and Vine Wood Wax to the board after it's clean and completely dry. This process will help ensure the longevity of the product.

Keep the board in a dry place to prevent any warping from occurring.

You can also try using kosher salt to remove any food residue, oils, or moisture that may build up on the surface but avoid abrasive scrubbers or cleaners that could scratch the wood.
